It includes up to 2 hours of visiting your home, planning and designing the staging, plus a detailed written report that includes everything that needs to be done to get the home the best price possible.
We start with a discovery call, so I can learn more about your home and prepare for the Consultation time
Using a detailed staging checklist, I walk through the home and share optimal staging strategies that are designed to have big, emotional impact on your buyers
Use the report to DIY or hire me to complete the recommendations
Customized Staging
Since many Vermont homes are sold furnished, purchasing the home accents and decor to leave on the job is important to create a turn-key option for the buyer. I offer customized staging full of gorgeous updated accessories & home furnishings to meet this need.

Staging Details
We work together to address the needs of your home and create a turn-key option for the buyer.
We have a simple formula. We work in blocks of time plus all materials. The minimum block of time is 20 hours. You set the “not to exceed” material budget. Based on the report and your budget we prioritize the space to be staged within the home. Your operating budget will dictate whether we complete one, two or more rooms.
Custom staging include the PURCHASE OF MATERIALS to keep in your home, creating a turn-key option for the 2nd home buyer. This is very appealing for someone looking for an updated get-away home.
