I have access to hundreds of sources. You’ll receive a shopping list with direct shopping links or I can do the ordering and organize the shipping for you. You’ll receive the items delivered to your door ready for you to put together in your home. If you need help with the final touches, I’m here for you.

It includes up to 2 hours of visiting your home, planning and designing the staging, plus a detailed written report that includes everything that needs to be done to get the home the best price possible.
We start with a phone interview, so I can research your buyer demographic and prepare for the Consultation time
Using a detailed staging checklist, I walk through the home and share optimal, BIG return-on-investment, staging strategies that are designed to have big, emotional impact on your buyers
The detailed report also includes my essential "Open House Checklist" and "Closet Organization Checklist"
Use the report to DIY or hire me to complete the recommendations

These Home Accent Packages include the purchase of lots of fabulous NEW home decor and accents shopped exclusively for your home and are added to your existing furniture. I utilize your existing furniture in new ways and give it an updated look with fresh accents. Pick the package within your budget. The homeowner KEEPS ALL THE ACCESSORIES PURCHASED for the job to create a turn-key option.
THE BASIC 3 ROOM HOME ACCENT PACKAGE* - Gorgeous staging accessories are purchased for 3 rooms which include the living room, dining space, and master bedroom and up to 16 hours of labor.
THE BASIC 5 ROOM HOME ACCENT PACKAGE* - Add fabulous home accents to the entry area and kitchen plus the living & dining space and master bedroom. Includes up to 24 hours of labor.
THE BASIC 7 ROOM HOME ACCENT PACKAGE * - Add 2 standard guest bedrooms to the Basic 5 room package. Includes up to 32 hours of labor
